November 24, Luke 8:9-39 Shine where you are.

There's a lot to read today and I want to focus on two sections, 16-18 and 26-39. The idea of placing a light up on a stand so that people can see it. What happens to people when they discover something and develop a passion for it? Some become fanatical, and some simply try to share it with others. It could be the gospel, it could be a specific food or diet, it could be exercise. The idea of shining the light has wide applications. In the second section Jesus has delivered a man from demons, this man wants to follow Jesus but he's told to stay where he is and let his light shine there. I've met a lot of people that want to go someplace to do mission work, why? There's work to be done everywhere, just shine where you are. All we need to do is just as the formerly demon possessed man did, tell people what Jesus did for you.

Today's workout. Chest-shoulder intervals
Step, push-up, box hop, triceps extension, climber, shoulder press.
