Again we see that when Jesus knows someone needs Him, He goes. While on the way to Jairus home, someone touched Him. Peter says that in this crowd of people many of them would have touched Him. I am certain that Jesus knew who touched him, I think He wanted her to testify. The difference in the touching were told was faith but in what was the faith? Was it in the touch? Was it in the man? I think the difference was in who the people and the woman thought Jesus to be. The crowds looked to Him as a rabbi or prophet, perhaps this woman saw Him as messiah which made the difference.
