There are two ideas in this chapter which stand out, one is being idle and the other getting burned out so to speak. As to being idle. I've never been a big fan of welfare systems, they've become far too corrupt and in the current system they're really not designed for people to ever get off once they're on. I also believe that when we give things to people it removes the motivation to actually work. As to the second part. It's very easy to become frustrated when doing things for others and they don't appreciate it. But there is the question, to whom are you ministering? If it's just to people then you will always be frustrated, but if you consider that your ministries are to God, then He does appreciate what you do even if no-one else does.
