We all want something, from God and from people around us. In the first section there was a crowd listening to Jesus teach, I suppose that if it were important what the subject was then it would be included. Later He tells Peter to go out for a catch. Interesting that in this story Peter really didn't want anything from Jesus specifically, he certainly wanted fish but I don't think he expected that Jesus could give him some. The first crowds wanted to hear Him. Later we have crowds coming to be healed. I suppose that's OK too but doesn't anyone come just to hang out? I think that's more of what the message is, that God came in the form of man so He could just hang out with people.
