New workout rotation for March and April
  I still do open interval workouts at Christian Development Center Mon-Wed-Fri.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday the same workout for these two months. A whole body workout, 32 intervals. step, pull up, windmill, hug, right high step up, russian twist, left high step up, biceps curl, elbow to knee, row, windmill, push up, walking lunge, box hop or jump rope, triceps ext, hamstring curl

Tuesday and Thursday are any type cardio days
